Azimuth Post Production has just completed a £275,000 refurbishment of its D’Arblay Street facility that was formerly occupied by Resolution. 

New purchases include a Digital Vision Nucoda HD grading system, which is currently being used on King Faisal, a documentary series for Middle East broadcaster Al-Arabiya. Future work will include Blackboards and Bullies for Discovery US.

The facility’s entire infrastructure has been rewired for high definition, with a new machine room featuring a 72x144 Blackmagic HD router. The space released by re-locating the machine room has allowed the installation of four new spacious suites, which can quickly be reconfigured as online, offline or graphics suites to suit changing requirements. In total Azimuth now has 8 multi purpose Avid Adrenaline suites, Symphony Nitris, DS Nitris, Smoke, an HD grading suite and 3 audio dubbing suites.
