Graeme Hayes is an award-winning, highly experienced and widely lauded Colourist leading the long form, broadcast and documentary grading team at Azimuth Post Production. Graeme has graded 4 BAFTA, 2 RTS, 2 Grierson and 1 Emmy award winning documentary films, garnered from his highly developed practice of 30 years hard working experience, enabling a complete understanding of cinematography, camera to post production workflows to optimise detail and colour, contrast and image range.

He is one of the most hard working colourists in London, and a lovely person to sit through sessions with to boot, bringing all his skills from loyal stints at past and present leading lights of London post production, VTR, Blue, Clearcut, Envy and now Azimuth. Graemes love and enthusiasm for cinematography has grown from his continued interest in photography, always learning about new cameras, techniques both behind the camera, in the lab and in control of the software. Graeme utilises both Da Vinci Resolve and Filmlight Baselight systems at Azimuth and oversees the colour grading team with fellow senior graders Steve Alexander and Ben Polglase.
